2. Return Approval

- Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.
3. Condition of Items
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Mugs must be returned clean and undamaged.
- All items must be in their original packaging (if applicable).

5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Customer is responsible for return postage.
