  • No returns will be accepted unless they have been approved in advance by our team.

2. Return Approval

  • Before sending anything back, fill out this form with your order number, the item(s) in question, and the reason for return.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Condition of Items

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Mugs must be returned clean and undamaged.
  • All items must be in their original packaging (if applicable).

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Customer is responsible for return postage.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue.
